8. Well, well, well. Creativity is literally good for you. No more justifying buying Posca pens and sketchbooks “It’s for my health!”

9. Whenever I find myself feeling run over by weight of the world, I turn to this poem — Wendell Berry's "The Peace of Wild Things". And for at least a moment, “I rest in the grace of the world, and am free.”
